Internally, we needed a solution to build and deploy AI bots that are trained only on selected data, do not hallucinate or use external information, can be updated and retrained with new knowledge easily, and maintain accuracy while responding strictly from provided source material. The challenge was preventing AI models from generating answers beyond the provided dataset while maintaining response quality and relevance.
