Renewable energy inspections were being handled like traditional field services with fragmented, manual, and slow processes that were difficult to scale beyond a handful of engineers. The business process around solar farm and wind turbine inspections was valuable but lacked automation, centralized coordination, and efficient workflow management. Companies struggled with manual scheduling, inconsistent communication, scattered data collection, and difficulty maintaining compliance standards across multiple inspection sites and engineering teams.

We built a vertically integrated inspection SaaS platform covering the entire process from first contact to final report. The solution includes a public-facing marketing and booking website with lead capture, service education, and credibility elements, an AI Concierge that handles calls and chat in real-time, books surveys, collects site details, and syncs availability using calendar and maps APIs, automated scheduling and job assignment logic that routes the right drone engineer based on availability, region, weather conditions, and travel distance, a comprehensive field operations environment for engineers with daily job lists, optimized multi-stop route planning, weather feasibility flags, mandatory pre-flight safety and risk checklists, and structured survey results upload workflows for thermal imaging, RGB data, flight logs, notes, and job status updates. Renewable Energy Inspection also features a customer portal for clients to track status, download compliance-ready reports, request changes, and view site history, plus an admin dashboard for monitoring leads, assigning jobs, tracking engineer workload, viewing calendars, and enforcing SLAs.
