Client and The Problem

The client needed to simplify and digitize complex manual tasks of searching and managing projects and investments. They were manually tracking investor profiles, investment opportunities, and project databases without a centralized system. The process was time-consuming, prone to errors, and difficult to scale. They needed a central hub that could automatically gather, process, and organize investment data from multiple sources while providing intelligent insights and recommendations.

Solution

We built a comprehensive two-release platform. Release 1 focused on establishing the data foundation with initial database setup for investor profiles and investment opportunities, a sophisticated scraper engine for extracting data from websites and LinkedIn profiles, an AI-enrichment layer for semantic parsing and intelligent tagging of investment data, and seamless Crunchbase data integration for comprehensive market intelligence. Release 2 introduced advanced features including a natural language query engine for intuitive data exploration, automated tools for generating and exporting investor recommendation reports, manual review capabilities for data quality control, and CRM integration via Zapier for workflow automation.

Results

Investment Management Platform successfully created a centralized investment management hub that processes over 15,000 entries between investors and companies. The AI-powered data enrichment system automatically tags and categorizes investment opportunities, while the scraper engine continuously updates profiles from LinkedIn and company websites. Users can now query the database using natural language, generate comprehensive investor recommendation reports, and seamlessly integrate with existing CRM systems.
