Client and The Problem
One of the biggest struggles medical professionals face when trying to rent properties to or from others in their field. It feels like such a specific need, yet there's no good hub for it. On top of that, credit checks are a pain—each one can ding your score, and doing it repeatedly for different rentals just doesn't make sense. I really want to build a space where these professionals can easily connect, not just for rentals, but also to find local hospital jobs and even buy or sell medical devices. It feels like there's a real community waiting to be formed, and right now, it's just scattered.

Our client's idea is to create a marketplace exclusively for medical professionals, with a sharp focus on Canada and properties specifically located near hospitals and medical schools. This way, users won't have to sift through irrelevant listings; they'll find exactly what they need, quickly. I also plan to bake in a lot of automation for landlords, streamlining the entire process—from initial inquiries to handling necessary documents. And a key differentiator? We'll put all our effort into serving *only* medical professionals, a niche that's currently underserved. It feels right to create something truly tailored.
