Client and The Problem
The client lacked a formal, transparent, and automated system for managing referrals and deals within their business community. Without a structured platform, tracking interested participants, assigning credit for successful connections, and ensuring correct payout distribution to all parties (Referrer, Group Owner, Platform) was difficult and led to potential disputes and inefficiency. There was no centralized way to manage business opportunities ranging from service offers and requests to business sales, investor connections, and affiliate product listings.

We developed Business Opportunity Platform, a comprehensive multi-stakeholder platform with structured workflows and automated revenue sharing. The system features a fixed revenue share model that automatically triggers upon deal assignment: Referrer (50%), Group Owner (30%), and Platform (20%). Members can repost opportunities to their networks, formally show interest to log participation and eligibility for rewards, and start direct chats with opportunity owners. Opportunity owners can track interested members, monitor deal progress, and assign opportunities to successful members, which automatically marks deals as closed and triggers payouts. Business Opportunity Platform includes enhanced features for opportunity management with tasks, follow-ups, and private notes, community features with group chats and full message history, referral and invitation systems with bulk invite functionality and trackable referral links, plus a comprehensive admin portal for complete platform management.
